Returns & Refunds
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging where possible.
To start a return, please contact us at RaveHubScotland@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the item and standard delivery.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. We will provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

 

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Gift cards
